Gopala, Founder & CEO
With over a decade of experience in safety and operational excellence consulting, Gopala is the driving force behind QSE’s mission to help partners thrive safely and achieve excellence.
He is passionate about implementing systems and processes that comply with standards like OSHA, CIDB, and ISO (9001, 45001), fostering a culture of excellence, and driving continuous improvement—all through the IMPACT Framework.
​Under his leadership, QSE has supported 50+ firms in achieving transformative results, including the launch of QSE-Konkrit in 2023 to empower RMC operators with CIDB PPS compliance and digitalization. Gopala’s vision ensures that every workplace QSE touches becomes safer, more efficient, and poised for long-term success.
